Mission Statement

The Mission of Operation Scuba Education & Rehabilitation for Veterans Empowerment is to make a positive difference in the lives of injured soldiers returning from active duty. This will be accomplished with the help of professionally trained physical and occupational therapists and open water scuba instructors, who strive to enhance the rehabilitation process by promoting mobility and strength training through the sport of scuba diving as well as introducing a rewarding and lifelong recreational outlet. Operation S.E.R.V.E. strives to accomplish our mission with the utmost respect and compassion for America’s injured veterans by utilizing strong leadership and committed volunteers who adhere to a high standard of excellence, respect and honor.

The Vision of S.E.R.V.E is to empower our returning military veterans by promoting physical healing, uplifting lives and providing a lifelong level of success.

Our Goals

• To improve the lives of our veterans with disabilities through the sport of Scuba diving.


• To build a nationwide network of volunteers to train and assist veterans with disabilities in their underwater endeavors.


• To develop the resources needed for veterans with disabilities to experience these life changing opportunities with a high standard of excellence, respect and honor.
